ΒΆ Dark Souls 3 - PC
Here we will explain how to use Dark Souls 3 (PC) with Crowd Control.
- To avoid bans, we are requiring the use of a mod that prevents online play, please download http://crowdcontrol.live/software/ModEngine-332-0-1-13-1576052222.zip
- Download the above ZIP, and extract the files directly to the
\Gamedirectory. (From the Steam library tab, right click DS3 > Manage > Browse local files) - The file system should look similar to this:

- It will take a few mins for the game to fully boot. You may notice an error message while the game "Checks network connection status..." which is normal.
- The mod we apply prevents you from using your vanilla characters with CrowdControl and prevents you from using modded characters on vanilla (with online play). All in an effort to help prevent bans!
- To revert the mod and get your vanilla characters back, just remove
dinput8.dllfrom the\Gamedirectory. - Start up Dark Souls 3, and wait for the game to load.
- From the CrowdControl app select "PC - Dark Souls III" and hit "Start". (Make sure the game is running first!)

NOTE: Flip screen effect will not show in OBS/on your stream by default!
The effect will work for you, but your viewers won't see the flip happen. For a better viewer experience, follow this guide for OBS Studio, StreamLabs-OBS, OBS-Live. Support for xSplit and other software is not supported at this time. https://forum.warp.world/t/crowd-control-screen-flip-guide/12850
